Kurt is the founder and principal of Titanium Professional Search Ltd, with over 18 years of recruiting and outplacement experience. He has been called upon to assist companies both multinational and small to build their teams within the specialized Oil and Gas sector, International Banking and Brokerage. Kurt has excelled in helping candidates realize their desires when it comes to assisting in the search for a new challenge and direction in their career. He believes in highly personalized, confidential service for both clients and candidates.
His core business philosophy is based upon integrity, honesty and personalized service that will foster long term relationships. He works with clients on a one on one basis to provide individual service that only a boutique family run organization can provide. The business services are only provided by family and each one has a personal stake in each decision provided to the clients.

Kurt graduated from University of Manitoba with a degree in Psychology and Criminology and lives in Calgary, Alberta with his wife Arina and daughters Athena and Sienna. His passions are travelling the world and he has spent time in Greece, Crete, Cyprus, Italy, Russia, Canary Islands, Bermuda, Germany, Mexico, and the US.

Arina Johnson
Arina brings over 7 years of direct recruiting and outplacement experience. She specializes in the Oil and Gas sector, Mining and International Banking and Brokerage. Arina excels in building long term relationships with both clients and candidates, in a highly personal and professional manner. Prior to joining Titanium Professional Search, Arina worked at an international fortune 25 bank, as a Currency Control and Risk Management Analyst. She was responsible for analysing business plans and providing currency guidance for international clients expanding their business throughout the European Union.
Arina has assisted Multi-National corporations in the compete setup of their offices here in Calgary. She can assist in finding key staff such as VP Finance, Controllers, operational accountants, and financial accountants.
Arina attained a Masters degree in Economics and Engineering at one of the most prestigious business schools overseas. She also earned a Masters Degree in sport, with a specialization in Gymnastics, and has competed at a National level in Russia.
Her passion is travel and has enjoyed travelling to Germany, Italy, Greece, Canary Islands, Crete, Cyprus, United States, and Mexico. She lives in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, with her husband Kurt Johnson, their daughters Athena and Sienna
