The average job seeker will use 10-15 hours of consultation time in the first month. We realize that every individual comes with a different set of needs, and some take longer than others to get back on their feet. We will be there to support/service these job seekers for as long as they require our assistance, minus the stop watch.
The typical outplacement program ends after 1-6 months based on the package the company has chosen for the employee. We don’t feel that a legitimate outplacement organization can effectively assist people by attaching expiration dates on the relationship. Once an employee has been placed into our hands, we will provide the very best service we can to assist them indefinitely. Should the employee wish to consult with us 7 months or 7 years down the road, we will be happy to assist.
